The LaSalle County Burgoo Festival is an annual festival that occurs during Columbus Day weekend in Utica, IL. It is a fundraiser for the LaSalle County Historical Society! Burgoo stew is cooked during Saturday night, and served on Sundays only. https://www.lasallecountyhistoricalsociety.org/burgoo
