Minimum Order Quantity:
We offer our lemon bars by the dozen, but if a larger quantity (catering) is needed, feel free to reach out, because depending on the size of the order, we can potentially offer a discount!

Ingredients:

• Enriched all purpose flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour)

• Confectioners sugar

• Salted butter

•  Granulated sugar

• Lemons

• Egg

• Pure vanilla extract

• Sea salt

Allergen Information:
Contains flour, milk, eggs, lemons. We are a nut/peanut free business.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container to maintain freshness. All our lemon bars are baked fresh to order with real ingredients and no additional additives, so it does contribute to a shorter shelf life.
Our lemon bars are best eaten within a week.
 

Serving Suggestions:

• Black tea or Earl Grey – the tannins balance the citrus.

• Sparkling water with a splash of berry or cucumber – refreshing and light.

• Champagne or Prosecco – the acidity matches the lemon, and bubbles cleanse the palate.

But don’t worry—your joy is our #1 ingredient!

If your sweets arrive and they’re not up to our tip-top, eyebrow-raising standards (like if they’re broken, stale, or just not lemon-tastic), give us a shout within 48 hours of getting them.

We might ask for a quick pic or some details to learn what happened so we can improve, but we’ll happily offer a full or partial refund or maybe even send you a fresh batch of lemon goodness.
